Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders will ship 1­-2 business days after you order. This does not include the time spent in transit!

Belgium, Germany, Austria:

United States:

Trackable insured shipping (USPS) (£4.95) - 6-12 days

Australia, Canada, New Zealand:

Lithuania:

Standard shipping (£4.95) -  9-12 days 

Rest of the world:

• It's the customer's responsibility to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase.
• If your package’s tracking number indicates that your order was delivered but you are unable to locate your parcel, please be sure to check around your property/lobby/mailroom and reach out to neighbors in case someone has accepted the package on your behalf or it was misdelivered.

A quick guide on how to place an order:

3. Click on the CHECK OUT button to begin the checkout process.
4. Fill in your contact information. Don't forget to double-check your shipping address.
5. Proceed to select the SHIPPING METHOD by scrolling down the checkout page.
6. Proceed to select the PAYMENT METHOD by scrolling down the checkout page and place an order through PayPal or your credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
